We recommend at least 1 set or 2 sets to secure your front and back license plate. The package contains installation instruction, 2 Tornado twister, 2 black caps and screws. No Frame included. The LU-7000B for any license plate in the world that are held by bolts or screws. For USA, Canada, and Mexico you can add one of 4 Frames listed below and the Lexan Window, not only your license plate is protected but your tags will be protected also. And you can also add the LU-10 , Flat Security Bar , the last item listed in the store for addition protection.
