the flat bar on the rear of your license
plate "bracket", install the bolt through
your license plate - then through your
security frame - through your license plate
"bracket" and into the "Lockum" flat bar
threaded holes. (use furnished 1/4" bolts). Lockum's patented cylindrical
"lock and pin" system uses hundreds of different
key combinations and is "encased inside of
an aluminum block" and we guarantee that
thieves will not compromise our lock. These
unbreakable Lexan covers can be mounted in
any 2 of the four corners to meet the requirement
of each state. Our unbreakable Lexan Windows
are 100% legal as they cover over no license
plate letters or numbers. All law enforcement
officials welcome our new folding security
frames.

license plates are locked on and your registration
tags are covered with clear unbreakable Lexan
windows. Our small unbreakable Lexan windows
is locked in to the frame once closed and
locked. This is deemed 100% legal as our
Lexan does not cover over any license plate

the key and your frame will fold down - install
your new registration tag - fold the frame
back up and it locks, THATS IT! A vehicle
